Several years ago,I was very happy to be put on the do not call list.It was working very well,SO WHY CHANGE IT?I find it very irritating to receive telemarketing calls,many while we were just sitting down for dinner.If these changes are made I will consider the elimination of my home phone and using only a cell phone.
