Please do not allow telemarketers to call me with pre-recorded sales messages. The do-not-call list should block prerecorded messages regardless of whether there is an existing commercial relationship. I am paying Qwest $7 a month for its *NO SOLICITORS* message. That message will not block a recording. I am also opposed to any weakening of restrictions on the DMA.
