Please do not open the do-not-call list to marketers who wish to bombard my phone with their pre-recorded marketing messages. I think it should be quite obvious to any clear-thinking policy maker that this change in policy will only thwart the entire purpose of the do-not-call list. If people put their phone numbers on that list, then they do not wish to be harassed by any of these people - whether the marketer claims an existing business relationship or not. We all know what garbage they will come up with to justify an existing business relationship. Please leave the list alone. You are supposed to represent American citizens as a whole and not the interests of these businesses and their marketers alone. Do your job and stop coming up with these crappy ideas.
