I Registered for the do not call list simply for what it says in the name. I DO NOT WANT to be called, by a person, or a computer trying to sell me something. Allowing prerecorded messages defeats the entire purpose of the do not call list in the first place. An option i would be okay with would be opt-in, requiring you to ask to be called by a particular company. Opt-out is not a good option because you should not have to call a particular company and ask them not to call you if you are already on the do not call list. People who are on the DO NOT CALL list DO NOT WANT to be called. period. end of story!
