I would like to oppose any changes to the Do Not Call rules. By giving companies to option to use recorded messages we will again be bombarded with unwanted calls. Why should I have to "opt out" of call I don't want to receive in the first place. I think the law should be even stronger not weaker. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THIS CHANGE!!!! Regards. John Hemphill
