Of all the intrusions that the "No Call List" telemarketing rules would be aiming to eliminate, ANY PRERECORDED MESSAGES, no matter if from my mother, much less an established business relationship, SHOULD BE BANNED! Those in the FTC that think there would be little inpact must not be aware of the capabilities of modern technology. Please forward to me their phone numbers, and I will show them the minute such a ridiculous amendment is approved.
