I am opposed to the implementation of a "loophole" that would allow companies to send pre-recorded messages to my home telephone or cellular phone. I have added my phone number to both the federal and state "do not call" lists, and I feel that allowing the pre-recorded messages would violate my stated wishes. I hope you will consider my comments as you discuss this proposal. Thank you, P. Godwin
