I think that it would be absolutely unacceptable to allow telemarketers to leave prerecorded messages on our phones, even if there was a preexisting business relationship between the business and the customer. It certainly makes one think that there is some money changing hands at the FCC. People signed up on the Do Not Call List specifically so that their privacy would not be intruded upon by telemarketers. In what way is this different? If this is a loophole, then please fix it. Do not allow telemarketers any additional opportunities to intrude in our lives. I have a no solicitation message which I pay for monthly and am on the Do Not Call List. I still receive recorded solicitations daily and I truly resent the intrusion. Please do not allow this to continue or worsen. Teri Marsh
