this is a terrible idea. why have the do-not-call registry if you plan to make such broad exceptions? please do not take recommendations from the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) as the will of the consumers. the desire of the people to be left alone was expressed in the overwhelming response to the original do-not-call list. is the FCC supposed to act in the public interest, or in the corporate interest?
