Comments:
I oppose any regulation which gives any organization any legal method to call me when I do not wish to be called. I oppose the proposed loophole of permitting a previously recorded message to be used by telemarketers / charity solicitations. I oppose the current loopholes permitting "volunteer" and "charity" organizations to make calls when I do not wish to be called. I endorse any method in which I can seek automatic financial reimbursement (charge the calling organization and credit my phone bill) from any organization who calls me against my clearly stated desire to not be called.
