The only thing worse than telemarketing calls are pre-recorded telemarketing calls. Why? Because I can't tell the person not to call me. I don't care if I have a preexisting relationship with them or not! I think Do-not-call should mean do-not-call. If my number is on the list, I don't want to be called. If it is important they can send a letter.
