I object to allowing mechants to call numbers on my no-call list even if I have a relationship with them for prerecorded messages. If I have a relationship with these merchants, I know who they are and how to get in touch with them. If I want something from them, I will get in touch. If I don't want anything, I don't need them to call, especicailly with a canned message - how likely is it it will relate to what I want. I have "relationships" with many merchants - old dormant accounts, etc. Will all of them be calling? I hope not! Let the law work. It has been so peacful.
