Are you insane? What part of "Do Not Call" do you not understand? Prerecorded calls are the most abusive of telemarketing call there are. The people that thought this up should be fired as they are obviously not serving the publics interest. I've had businesses conclude that my living in the same state that they do business in constitutes a existing business relationship. This is a very bad idea.
