No, no 1000 times NO! I do not wish to see any loopholes added to the national do-not-call list. "Do not call" means exactly that: do not call with any commercial solication. This is what consumers want - the right to be left alone, completely free from solicitations over the telephone lines that we pay for. DO NOT enact this exception. Ironically, I believe that pre-recorded calls would be an even greater scourge than live calls. Why? Because they are cheaper for commercial firms to use, hence they would use them to an even larger extent than live calls. DO NOT ENACT THIS EXCEPTION!!!
