I am opposed to the change in the Do Not Call Registry legislation as proposed by the Voice Mail Broadcasting Corp and Allen Hile of the FTC that would allow unsolicited prerecorded messages to be sent via phone dispite one's registration on the Do Not Call list. I oppose any change that would weaken this consumer protection legislation as it now stands.
