I strenuously oppose any attempt to allow access to the "Do not call registry" for purposes of delivering a prerecorded message. A recorded message is just as much an infringement on my privacy as a live message. In fact, it is worse because of the limitation of the recording device. I might miss important messages that could not be left because of a tape full of advertisements.
