Please do not adopt the proposed ammendment. With the type of marketers you had to deal with before being the ones to benefit from such an ammendment, I can only guess that the advances of technology and pushing the limits of the letter of the law will enable these people to again bother me no end. The marketers I deal with have my email and they can use that. Unfortunately, I have to spend a lot of money for spam-filtering software. I do not want to think what it would cost me for filtering devices to stop voice spam. You have a reasonably effective law in hand. Do not dilute it. D Mullen
