I do not want any calls thru the phone system for advertising. I have to pay a monthly fee for this service and I should not have to be interupted at any time of the day/night by any company calling to advertise or anything. Nor should I have to invest into caller id or an answering machine. I purchase this service so that I have communication when "I" need / want it. Not for when compaines want to use it to their advantage. I purchase the newspaper / magazines for this type of service. Plus there is the reliable US Mail service that they can be using. Please do not allow this to happen. The 'home life' is already subject to enough situations sometimes much less having the phone ring with someone / company 'advertising' for their cause. Thank you for allowing my input, which I know represents many citizens.
