I'm 100% against loosening the reins on junk calls. Why do you think 64 million of us signed up for the" Do Not Call Registry. Just so you can come up with a loophole. No dramatic results said the FTC. Bull!! Trying to bring the FTC in line with the FCC. How lame. Why don't you bring FCC in line with the FTC & do away with all the calls. If I want to purchase some thing, I'll not buy from a voice on the phone. At one time I was polite & hung up. NO MORE. NO, NO, NO, NO to the change. Or is some one with deep pockets making policy again. Shame, Shame on you. PS How can I get rid of the junk mail in my mail box. WHAT A SHAME IT ALL IS.
