It seems to me that a pre-recorded message (I even received a political one from our governor A. Schwarzenegger) cause no less harassment than live call, actually it even makes more convenient for telemarketers as they could use computers to send messages and do not even have to hire people to call ... So please do not let this ridicolously offensive (to the consumers) amendment pass. I am strongly against all forms of unsolicited telemarketing. Regards. Antonio Maiuolo
