Comments:
I object to the portions of the proposed rule changes allowing for "pre-recorded" marketing messages. I would prefer that the Do-Not-Call registry remain that: a list of phone numbers marketers are not to call with sales pitches. I will not buy products unsoliticly pitched over the phone, and registered with the DNC registry for that express purpose.
