I do not believe this should happen. I get calls through out the day especially during campaigning. It got so ridiculous with the calling I stopped answering unfamiliar phone numbers. Many people that got call after call decided not to vote at all. I also know someone who don't answer the phone if it is a blocked call or unknown caller as she don't want to talk with salesman etc.. While doing this she missed an emergency call as she won't answer the phone. I don't think we should be afraid to answer our phone as we have to put up with salesman or whom ever is bothering us so often. I don't think everyone should have to get caller ID just so we can avoid the over abundance of calls day after day. This is our form of communication to other people, not a form of solicitation. I want a no soliciting sign on my phone.
