|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Rather than allowing certain loopholes in the "Do Not Call" requirements I would rather see a tightening of the regulation. I find that calls are always occuring during meals and/or weekends. I would rather see an "op-in" system for ALL contacts. Companies, charities, an political organizations should only contact individuals if directly requested to do so. Anything else is simply solicitation.
