Comments:
I am distressed to the point of outrage by the proposed changes to the Do Not Call registry wherein "prerecorded message telemarketing" will be permitted. The irritatingly negative aspect of the telemarketing plague is that the phone rings and disturbs us; it really doesn't matter whether it is a live call or a recorded one. I have had to virtually disconnect my fax machine because of such spamming. The improvement in the telephone calls has been welcome, and I strongly urge you to tighten the rules, not relax them.
