I am NOT in favor of altering the rules of the Do Not Call list. This opens up another can of worms. I joined the list to eliminate the annoyance of such calls. Using pre-recorded messages is even worse, because there is no opportunity to express dissatisfaction with the caller. Please do not revise the present registry. It was bad enough at election time with all the nuisance calls. Thank you.
