The current rules and regulations concerning the "do-not-call" list are just fine the way the are. As it is, we are still getting too many unwanted phone calls (like at 10 AM on Sunday from "charitable" organizations). Changes do not need to be made to allow more annoying phone calls. The list was set up to stop them after all.
