Please DO NOT amend the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Please also DON'T amend the TSR’s call abandonment safe harbor provision. Neither of these amendments is consumer friendly. My faith in the FTC and Federal Government's willingness to serve the American people is at an all-time low. Please do not further erode it.
