The Do Not Call List is far and away the BEST thing that the government has accomplished in the last 2 decades. I do not want anything amended that will allow me to get any more calls - not even one. When I race in from working outside to answer the phone because I am expecting a call from one of my kids and it is a recording, I don't even get the satisfaction of hanging up on someone. These are nothing but nuisance calls. They shouldn't be allowed at all! If I want to buy something I will, but NEVER, EVER will I buy from people who bug me on the phone! Why doesn't the FTC do something about spamming if they are looking for something to do....? K. Priebe
