|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I can't believe this proposal. We pay over $30/month for the priviledge and convenience of having a phone. Why should we be paying to have our privacy interrupted? It's just plain annoying as was evidenced in the recent presidential election when we received countless pre-recorded calls. We resent this intrusion on our privacy. Please do NOT enact this as it would counter all the good the No Call List has achieved. Thank you.
