Comments:
Allowing the pre-recorded message telemarketing calls revokes the Do Not Call Registry. I am against allowing these pre-recorded calls. They are as much of a nuisance as the telemarketers. Since being on the No Call Registry--- I have enjoyed not getting the telmarketers calling. Revoking this with allowing pre-recorded messages would trick the American public who signed up for the list. There must be some kickback money for someone to even consider allowing the pre-recorded messages. Please vote against it.
