Why dilute the rules as they are? I don't see any need for people to market this way via telephone ever if there was a pre-existing business relationship. Besides experience has shown that the definition of a pre-existing business relationship is already being stretched. When I put my name on the Do Not Call list I really mean that I don't want anyone to call, not anyone. I would be surprised if my feelings were not in the majority.
