I am opposed to any rule changes that increase the amount of telemarketing I recieve. There has been a huge decrease, and I really like that. Since companies can say that they have some "relationship" with practically anyone, I belive I will get lots of this junk. And since I pay for my voice-mail, I don't think it is fair for me to subsidize their efforts to shove their messages in my face.
