This idea is absolute crap. I DO NOT want a robot calling me, under any circumstances. This has ALWAYS been abused, and you know it. My state already has laws in place outlawing any robotic or machine-generated telephone call, and I want it to stay that way. I DO NOT want the FCC (or anyone else) permitting businesses, religions, political parties, scammers, or any other pond scum bugging me by telephone, especially using a machine that I cannot even complain to.
