I signed up for the "do not call" list so that I would NEVER receive unsolicited calls from telemarketing organizations again. Opening a loophole to allow pre-recorded messages is NOT acceptable. Our family is just beginning to enjoy not having our phone ring constantly from these marketing calls. If a loophole is opened up, the telemarketing industry will exploit it to hound consumers again. Please do NOT allow this loophole to be added. Thank you, Ken Gentry
