I am vehemently opposed to the proposed changes to 16 CFR Part 310. I have long enjoyed my right to restrict access to a service which I pay for my personal use. Telemarketers do not have any right to call me and I should not have to be placed in a situation where I will be required to request not to be called by man or machine. I ask you this; who has rights in our great country; the people of the United States or corporations? No one has a right to trespass onto my property and this equates to electronic trespassing. Please rule in favor of the people who pay for their telephone service and not for the corporate entities.
