I am against allowing pre-recorded calls as an exception to the Do Not Call list. We signed up because we did not want any calls. The calls are a disturbance and nuisance whether they are a person or pre-recorded. I saw the limitation for companies that have a "pre-established relationship". Companies will find a way around that to claim that there is a relationship. If you look at email spam, you will find examples of that all the time. There are already too many calls coming through with the exceptions that are already allowed for politicians and non-profits. We do NOT need to make any more exceptions.
