Please do NOT allow Voice Mail Broadcasting Corporation to utilize the proposed loophole to send prerecorded messages into American homes "with established business relationships”. Even with the "“opt out” option, this will be a travesty--we all know how well THAT worked before {asking them to remove you from their individual calling lists was time consuming and, quite simply, a joke}). We pay for our telephone service and it’s for our discretionary use and convenience, not that of the telemarketers. I don't want my home once again invaded by the omnipresent telemarketers. I sincerely hope a grass-roots movement from the e-mail community will stop this loop “hole” from developing into a crater of frustration. Thank you.
