My home number has been on the "Do Not Call Registry" list since its inception, and I have been very pleased with its benefits. I am adamantly opposed to the loophole that would allow pre-recorded message telemarketing. I am already receiving these from a wireless provider, and I greatly resent the fact that I cannot prevent these calls. I agree there should be an "opt-in" rather than "opt-out" provision.
