I do NOT want the do not call regulation ammended to allow prerecorded messages by telemarketers. I object is not to be disturbed by unwanted callers. I don't want to stop doing something to answer a call by a machine any more than I want to answer a call by a person. In fact, I would like it STRENGTHENED to include charities. It is MY phone in MY home and who may call me, should be my choice.
