Recorded messages will be just as annoying, disruptive and unwanted as a real live telemarketer on the phone at the supper hour. Ask HOW DOES THIS SERVE THE GREATER GOOD before making changes to one of the good things that has been done for individuals by the government. Why with all the other means of providing the MESSAGE to anyone anytime anywhere can the individual not have the ability to prevent the intrusion of this type in their home? Leave the restriction in place and do us all a favor, work for the people.
