Regarding the proposal to allow pre-recorded telemarketing messages: PLEASE!!! NO!!! You did something right with the Do not call Registry. Don't mess it up now with this rediculous proposal. It's working. The intrusiveness of this type of electronic telephone SPAM was demonstrated in the recent national elections when we were DELUGED with prerecorded calls -- as many as 10 to 15 per day, filling our lives with unwanted drivel. The American public does NOT NEED NOR WANT this level of intrusion in our lives. PLEASE DO NOT APPROVE THIS PROPOSAL.
