Do not allow the weakening of the DO NOT CALL registry by permitting pre-recorded telemarketing. Vote NO on this proposal or policy change which would undermine a satisfactory program. Rather than having an "opt-out" plan. Consumer must "opt-in" in writing before receiving pre-recorded messages.
