Comments:
I do not favor any expansion of the safe harbor provisions for telemarketers. Telemarkters have proven to be extremely clever in finding ways to claim a prior business relationship, and their calls are annoying and intrusive. Even prerecorded messages are intrusive when delivered during the evening family time. If a company wants to market their product, the USPS is readily available. Please say "no" to telemarketers. Consumers want to be left in peace without disconnecting their wired phones.
