I strongly oppose the proposed ammendments to allow pre-recorded calls to my home phone number from merchants that I do business with. I consider this to be in the same category as vocie spam and do NOT want to receive such calls. I also strongly oppose substituting the phrase "measured over a 30-day period." proposed by the Direct Marketing Association. Thank you. Alice P. Campbell
