We still receive too many aggrevating solication calls for donations. I hate when a company calls me for any reason with a pre-recorded solication message. Its aggrevating, its absurd to introduce this feature back into the policy. I would much rather have a company send me something in the mail - and never contact me with a phone soliciation. Is this the beginning of the solicitation policy starting to unravel? Lets hope not.
