After many years the ftc finally did something to benefit the public. Now you want to erode that benefit away. Please do not make it less difficult for the telemarketing industry to invade our homes with more senseless, and in some cases, illegal sales pitches. No one should be allowed to call my home unless I have given them permission. If there are any changes to the rules or laws, it should be to not allow telemarketers to call anyone, unless they have, in writing, an OPT-IN request.
