I signed on to the DNC list specifically as a global "opt-out" to most major harrassement (aka the people you're trying to give an easy "get out of jail card" to I strongly disagree with your push to open up the DNC list to these companies again, as, at this point, it will be like opening a candy store to a group of starving children and expecting them not to clean the place out when you walk away.
