I do not understand the commission's interest in loosening rules. I am handicapped and find it difficult to answer the telephone. I must keep it for safety reasons. Every time the phone rings I need to answer it or someone may become concerned about me. Instead of opening the phone lines for more use, I believe they should be restricted further! I continue to get pre-recorded calls with no way to determine who they are from. I get calls from political groups and charities and ask each time that my number be removed from their list. Please consider limiting unsolicited calls further. The commission has already allowed to many loop holes.
