"to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship." THIS IS A LOOPHOLE BIG ENOUGH TO DRIVE AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER THROUGH!!! It is outrageous to even think about permitting something like this. NO WAY!!!!!!
