Do not allow telemarketers to call and use prerecorded messages, even if they have a 'so called' business relationship. I as both a consumer and a business man do not support this change to the do not call list. First I think that this 'business relationship' will be stretched by the telemarketers in whatever way possible so they may contact more people. Second I do not know any consumers or businesses which favor these calls other than people from the telemarketing industry. The do not call list was made for consumers who don't want to hear from telemarketers. Don't change the rules and alienate consumers. If we wanted to recieve calls from telemarketers then we have the option to not be on the do not call list.
